摘  要:针对植物叶片叶绿体中四种叶绿体色素的快速测量,设计了基于光电无损技术和近红外光谱的快速测量仪器。该仪器以ATmega 128A微处理器为核心,采用8只LED组成阵列LED和旋转式测量方式,利用OPT101光电传感器进行光电转换并将检测结果发送给微处理器处理与保存,可以完成对四种叶绿体色素即叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶黄素和胡萝卜素的测量。实验结果表明:该仪器与Uni Spec-SC Spectral Analysis System光谱仪有一致的测量结果,测量值能够准确表征四种色素的含量,具有携带方便、结构简单、测量结果可靠性高等优点,在农林科研上具有一定的实用价值。Aiming at rapid measurement of four chloroplast pigment of plant leaf, a rapid measuring instrument is designed based on photoelectric nondestructive technique and near infrared(IR) spectroscopy. The instrument uses ATmega 128A microprocessor as core, use 8 LED array and rotary measuring mode and use OPT101 photoelectric sensor for photoelectric conversion and send detecting result to microprocessor for processing and preservation, this instrument can measure four kinds of chloroplast pigment that is chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, lutein and carotenoids. Experimental results illustrate that measurement results of the instrument and UniSpec-SC Spectral Analysis System spectrometer are consistent,measurement value can accurately characterize contents of the four kinds of pigments with advantages of convenient to carry, simple structure and high reliability of measurement results, and it has certain practical value for agriculture and forestry research.
