喹硫平治疗酒依赖患者失眠症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较喹硫平与阿普唑仑治疗酒依赖患者失眠症的疗效和安全性。方法:将门诊或住院已戒酒的酒依赖失眠患者随机分为研究组(喹硫平治疗组)和对照组(阿普唑仑治疗组)。在治疗前及治疗第2周末采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评定临床疗效。采用副反应量表(TESS)评定药物不良反应,并进行比较分析。结果:喹硫平疗效可能优于阿普唑仑,两组不良反应无显著性差异。结论:喹硫平是治疗酒依赖患者失眠症疗效及耐受性均好的药物。objective： To compare the efficacy and side effects of in the treatment of insomnia in patients with alcohol dependence. Method： Patients with alcohol dependence suffering from insomnia were divided into two groups randomly and treated with quetiapine and alprazolam respectively. At the beginning and at the end of the 2th week the efficacy was evaluated with the Self-Rating Scale of Sleep（ SRSS）,the safety was evaluated with the treatment emergent symptom scale（ TESS）. Results ： Quetiapine showed better efficacy than alprazolam by any possibility. There was no significant difference of side effects between the two groups. Conclusions： Quetiapine is effective and well tolerated drug for treatment of insomnia in patients with alcohol dependence.
