摘  要:针对汽车驱动桥壳SMAW焊接,考虑到材料的热物理性能参数、相变潜热与温度的关系,建立了焊接过程的三维有限元模型。选用合适的焊接工艺参数进行数值分析,得到桥壳在不同时刻下的温度分布,并对沿焊缝和垂直焊缝方向上节点的热循环曲线进行对比分析;以焊接电流和焊接速度为变量,研究不同的工艺参数对焊接温度场的影响;对冲压后桥壳进行焊接试验,将试验结果与模拟结果进行比较,两者基本吻合,验证了有限元模型的可靠性。As for axle housing by SMAW welding ,considering the thermal physical performance parameters and phase change la‐tent heat as the functions of temperature ,a 3D FE model of the welding process was established .By choosing appropriate welding process parameters ,the temperature distributions of axle housing at different time were obtained ,and the thermal cycle curves of nodes along and perpendicular to the welding joint direction were compared and analyzed .The influence of different process pa‐rameters ,such as welding current and welding speed ,on the welding temperature field was studied .The welding process was tested on axle housing after stamping .The result shows better fitness between the experiment and the numerical simulation and verifies the reliability of numerical simulation .
