摘 要:橡胶制品通常处于周期载荷作用下,疲劳破坏是制约其使用寿命的关键因素。目前橡胶制品的多轴疲劳寿命预报仍是橡胶工业的一个亟待解决的难题,开裂能理论不仅能解释橡胶的单轴疲劳和多轴疲劳的差异,同时以简单材料实验表征多轴载荷作用下橡胶的疲劳特性,减少了橡胶疲劳表征的时间和难度,兼顾了断裂力学方法和S-N曲线法的优点。本文基于开裂能理论,对空气弹簧橡胶支座进行疲劳分析与改进,仿真结果与实验结果吻合良好,表明基于开裂能量理论的橡胶疲劳仿真方法不仅能有效预测处于复杂多轴载荷作用下橡胶构件的疲劳寿命,同时还能获取疲劳裂纹临界开裂平面和开裂方向。The rubber products are usually used to bear cyclic load,so the fatigue damage is one of the most important factors which limits the life of rubber structure.By now,the prediction of rubber structure's fatigue life is still a difficult problem in rubber industry when the structure bears the dynamic cyclic multiaxial loading.However,the CED(Crack Energy Density)method can explain the difference between rubber's uniaxial fatigue properties and multiaxial fatigue properties.Moreover,this method can apply simple material test data to characterize rubber's multiaxial fatigue properties,which can reduce predicted time and difficulties of the fatigue life.CED method have combined the advantage both the fracture mechanics method and S-N curve method.Based on the theory of cracking energy,this paper analyzes and improves the fatigue of the rubber bearing in air spring.The analysis results are in good consistence with the experimental results and verifies the analytical methods of the rubber's fatigue based on crack energy density.It can not only effectively predict the fatigue life of the rubber components bearing complex multiaxial loading,but also obtain the position and direction of crack plane.
