摘　　要：以齿轮机构教学为例,思考在创新教学中专业理论基础要点处理,也就是需要掌握多少基础理论知识,才能在实践中够用,为相关创新教学做个提示。Teaching reforms and teaching innovation are significant for specialized courses in higher vocational education.It is stressed that engineering principles,which can’t be innovated,have not changed.How is the practice teaching strengthened without missing important theory points？Taking gear mechanism for example,the paper aims to make some suggestions for relative teaching innovation.
