摘 要:为提高现代钢铁企业中冷轧钢板厚度检测精度,减小测量误差,针对冷轧钢板提出了一种基于线阵CCD的非接触式双激光测厚方法。该方法可以测量钢板多个位置的厚度,同时对CCD上光斑位移的测量进行了补偿。与单激光测厚方法相比,弥补了因温度、板材材质不同及振动偏移引起的误差,测量精度大大提高,可实现非接触检测。实验证明在2~8mm厚的冷轧钢板测量范围内,测量误差在±10μm范围内,能够满足冷轧钢铁企业产品的质量检测要求,提高了企业的经济效益,降低了生产成本。In order to improve the measurement accuracy of cold-roll steel sheets and reduce the measurement errors in modern iron and steel enterprises, a method for double lasers non-contact thickness measurement of cold-roll steel sheets based on linear CCD was presented. The method can detect thickness of different spots and make compensation for the measurement of facular dis- placement on CCD. Compared with single laser method of detecting, it can compensate the errors caused by temperature, plate tex- ture and vibration. The accuracy was greatly developed and it can achieve non-contact detecting. The experiment shows that the de- tecting error for cold-roll steel sheets thickness which is between 2 to 8 mm ranges from 0 to 10 μm,which can meet the measure- ment requirements and improve the economic profits as well as reducing the cost of production.
