摘　　要：在论述人力资源服务业的基础上,通过分析人力资源服务业行业需求,从课程体系、人才培养模式、实践教学三个方面,提出了基于行业需求的人力资源管理专业人才培养建议。Personnel training in higher education should be market-oriented and based on demands of different indus-tries.By expounding the HR service industry and analyzing its demands,this essay gives relevant suggestions on per-sonnel training for the major of HRM based on the demands in the aspects of the curriculum system,the personnel training mode and the practical teaching.
