摘　　要：研究了二次订货策略对于单周期产品逆向供应链的影响,同时对比了一次订货策略与二次订货策略的差别。最后结合实际数据进行了分析研究,结果证明二次订货策略不仅能够提高零售商和供应链的收益,还能够减少订货的数量,增强企业的核心竞争力。In this paper, we studied the influence of the two-part ordering strategy on the mono-cyclic product reverse supply chains, then compared the difference between the single ordering and two-part ordering strategies, and at the end, through analyzing practical data, demonstrated the superiority of the latter.
