山东省三甲医院护士工作敬业度与职业价值观的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 调查山东省三甲医院护士工作敬业度现状与职业价值观的相关性.方法 对山东省三甲医院的960名护士进行问卷调查,包括护士的一般资料、工作敬业度及职业价值观,分析护士工作敬业度与职业价值观的相关性.结果 山东省三甲医院护士的敬业度总均分为（33.91±11.06）分;护士职业价值观与工作敬业度具有相关关系.结论 山东省三甲医院护士敬业度处于中等水平,护士职业价值观为工作敬业度的主要影响因素,护士所在科室氛围、晋升机会、职称也可影响护士工作敬业度.Objective To investigate the level of nurses＇ work engagement and analyze the relevance to the professional values in tertiary level 1st class general hospitals of Shandong province.Methods Totally 960 nurses from 7 tertiary level 1st class hospitals of Shandong province were surveyed by the questionnaires,including the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale,Nurses Professional Values Scale and the nurses＇ general information.Results The total score of nurses＇ work engagement was （33.91 ± 11.06）; Professional values was correlated with work engagement.Conclusions Nurses＇ work engagement in tertiary level 1st class hospitals of Shandong province is at middle level.Professional values is the main influencing factor and ward atmosphere,chance of promotion and the professional titles can also influence the work engagement.
