摘 要:成吉思汗出于解决"镇守"治理征服地区人才和治国方略缺乏及保护延续自己生命的需要,长春真人丘处机希图用道教思想感化雄主成吉思汗放弃野蛮屠杀政策惠泽天下生民,应邀于1222年在撒马尔罕会面。双方就强身、治国和教民问题做了蒙汉文化首次深层次交流沟通,成吉思汗可视为蒙汉文化交流的奠基者。其后及至整个元朝道教地位高踞佛、儒之上发展迅速,成吉思汗为首的蒙古贵族亦逐渐在征服地区采取文明统治方式。此次会面以蒙古族"敬天爱命"和汉族"敬天爱民"为共同切入点,使两种文化在相互认同相互理解基础上深入交流,成吉思汗保留自己文化独立性的同时有条件地包容和接受汉文化。这对时下的文化交流具有现实指导意义。To solve talent - and - ruling - strategy shortage in governing and guarding the conquered region and prolong his own life, Genghis invited Changchun True Man Qiuchuji to meet in western expedition army ; the later hoped to reclaim great Genghis with Taoism to replace brutal massacre policy with being advantageous to the people. In 1222 in Samarkand they involved in the first deep Mongolian - and - Hart cultural communication on fortified body, governing state and civilized people, consequently Genghis being deemed as a founder of cultural exchanges between mongolia and han, thereafter Daoism developed rapidly to stand above Buddhism and Confucianism until the Yuan Dynasty, and Mongolian noble group headed by Genghis gradu- ally adopted the civilized governance in conquered region. In this meeting the two cultures got a deepen identification and comprehends mutually based on taking Mongolian' s "worshiping Tangri and cherishing life " and Han' s "respecting Heaven and prizing people" as a common starting point, while Genghis' embracing and accepting Hart culture on persisting his own native culture independence, all these provide actual guidance for cultural exchanges at the moment.
