摘　　要：随着大数据时代的到来,在给学报带来发展机遇的同时,也迫使学报面临着市场经济和集约化、数字化的严重挑战。学报同国际接轨、与世界同步,实现产业化经营,专业化办刊,集团化发展,成为一种必然趋势。开放大学只有通过对全国开大学报资源进行重组,组建适应我国国情的中国开大学报集团,创办《中国开大学报》期刊群,才能在国内外发出中国开大的学术最强音。只有准确把握、深入研究和主动适应这些环境因素,才能为组建中国开大学报集团奠定坚实基础。Bringing development opportunity to the journal simultaneously, the advent of big date forces the journal to confront with challenges from the market economy, intensification and digitization, and it being a trend towards attaining international standard with world synchronism to realize industrialization, professional running press and collectivization development. To give the most age academic ictus from Chinese Open University both at home and abroad, national - Open - University journal resources should be recombined to establish a suitable local situation newspaper group and form the cluster of Chinese Open University Journal, laying a solid foundation for which, correlative environment factors be accurately grasped, intensively researched and initiatively adapted.
