摘　　要：针对培养高质量研究生的需求,笔者通过利用"三明治"式人才培养平台和国际交流创新平台来培养研究生,有效提高了研究生的实际工作能力和创新能力,所培养的研究生成为了实践与理论紧密结合的高、精、尖人才。According to the demand of training high-quality graduate students, the authors employ ＂sandwich＂ type of personnel training platform and international exchange innovation platform to train graduate students. The graduate student＇s actual ability to work and innovation has been improved effectively. The training graduate students have become integrated closely theory and practice of advanced personnel.
