摘　　要：高校科研经费管理是一项系统化工程,在科研经费管理工作中融进精细化管理理念,对于提高科研及经费管理的规范性和创新性有重要意义。本文试图通过对精细化理念的梳理和对实践经验的总结,提出精细化管理在医学科研经费管理实践中的应用与实施办法。The management of medical university scientific research funds is a systematic engineering. Integrating the fine management concepts into the management of scientific research funds is very significant to improve the standardization and innovation of scientific research. This paper puts forward the practice of fine management application and implementation of medical scientific research funds management by elaborating the idea of summarizing fine management and practical experience.
