手术治疗胃平滑肌肿瘤临床研究

摘　　要：目的对手术治疗胃平滑肌肿瘤的临床治疗效果进行探讨。方法本组中有28例胃平滑肌肿瘤患者，对其临床表现、影像学检查以及肿瘤种类等情况进行分析，且予以手术治疗。结果对21例为平滑肌瘤患者进行随访，其中有18例顺利完成手术，存活至今；有3例在三年内再次复发，对其实施外科手术治疗，其累计存活时间大约是3．3年、3．4年3．2年。7例平滑肌肉瘤患者中，有6例患者经手术治疗后治愈出院，且生存到随访结束；术后三年之内，有1例患者死亡，其术后累计存活时间是2．1年。结论临床上可采取胃镜活检亦或者是术中冰冻切片手段，对肿瘤加以确诊，一经确诊后应积极采取合适的手术治疗方武予以治疗，以提升患者的预后。Objective Discussed the clinical therapeutic effect of operation treatment of gastric smooth muscle tumor. Method There were 28 cases of gastric smooth muscle tumor patients in this group, to analyze the clinical manifestation, imaging and tumor types, and gives the operation treatment. Result In 21 cases of leiomyoma were foUowed up, including 18 cases of success- ful completion of operation, survived; 3 cases in three years to have a relapse again, the implementation of surgical operation treatment, the cumulative survival time is about 3.3 years, 3.4 years 3 ~ 2.years. 7- cases of leiomyosarooma patients, 6 patients were treated with operation after cured, and survive to the end of follow - up ; three years after surgery, 1 patients died, the post- operative cumulative survival time was 2.1 years. Conclusion Clinical on can lake gastroseopie biopsy or intraoperafive frozen section method is, on the tumor to be diagnosed, was diagnosed after should actively take the form of operation troatanent of appropriate treatment, to improve the prognosis of the patients.
