摘  要:目的探讨磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测25例正常卵巢组织、20例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和46例卵巢上皮性癌原发灶中的P110α、p85α蛋白表达。结果卵巢上皮性癌中P110α、p85α蛋白阳性表达率显著高于良性和正常卵巢上皮组织(P<0.05)。而P110α、p85α在良性、正常卵巢上皮组织中的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P110α、p85α蛋白表达强度与肿瘤病理类型、术中腹水量、术后残余灶无显著相关性(P>0.05)。P110α、p85α蛋白表达强度与肿瘤病理分期、手术分期和是否伴有淋巴结转移呈显著相关(P<0.05)。P110α、p85α蛋白表达强度在肿瘤低分化组织明显高于高中分化组织;P110α、p85α蛋白表达强度在手术分期Ⅲ和Ⅳ期组明显高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ期组;P110α、p85α蛋白表达强度在有淋巴转移组明显高于无淋巴转移组。46例卵巢癌组织中,P110α、p85α蛋白表达强度在有化疗耐药组织中表达明显高于化疗敏感型组织(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢上皮性癌中PI3K/AKT信号通路中的P110α、p85α存在异常表达,可能与卵巢上皮性癌的发生、发展有关。Objective To explore the expression of phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase(PI3K)proteins in epithelial ovarian cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological features.MethodsThe expression of p110αor p85αproteins were detected by immunohistochemistry in 25 normal ovarian surface epithelium,20 innocence ovarian surface epithelium and 46 primary epithelial ovarian cancer.Results The expressions of P110α,p85αin primary epithelial ovarian cancer were higher than those in normal ovarian surface epithelium or innocence ovarian surface epithelium(P〈0.05),but there were no difference of the expressions of P110α,p85αin normal ovarian surface epithelium and innocence ovarian surface epithelium(P〉0.05).The intensity of P110α,p85αstaining had no significant correlation with pathologic type,ascites,residual tumor diameter(P〉0.05),they were significant correlation with pathologic classification,operating pathologic stage and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).The expressions of P110α,p85αin poorly differentiated tumor were higher than those in moderately or well differentiated tumor,and were also higher in operating pathologic stageⅢandⅣthanⅠ orⅡ.The expressions of P110α,p85αin tumor with lymph node metastasis were higher than tumor that were no lymph node metastasis.The expressions of P110α,p85αwere higher in tumor that was drug fast than sensitive(P〈0.05).Conclusion There are anomal-expression of P110α,p85αin epithelial ovarian cancer,which are correlated with the development of epithelial ovarian cancer.
