女性精神疾病患者的病耻感与心理复原力的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨女性精神疾病患者病耻感状况,了解精神疾病患者病耻感与心理复原力之间的关系。方法运用精神疾病患者病耻感评估量表(Scale of Stigma)、心理复原力量表(RSA)对96例女性精神疾病患者进行调查,所有数据采用SPSS11.5进行统计处理。结果 1女性精神疾病患者病耻感、心理复原力在城市与农村之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2精神疾病患者心理复原力维度中的社交能力因子在有无子女上差异有统计学意义(t=2.182,P<0.05);3女性精神疾病患者病耻感与心理复原力呈显著负相关(r=-0.23,P<0.05);4精神疾病患者的心理复原力对病耻感有预测作用,可以解释其变异的36%(F=27.93,P<0.05)。结论 1女性精神疾病患者普遍存在病耻感;2女性精神疾病患者的心理复原力受有无子女的影响;3女性精神疾病患者心理复原力越强,病耻感越低,反之,心理复原力弱,病耻感越高。Objective To investigate the female patients with mental illness sense of disease shame situation,understand the mental disease patient awareness of shame and the relationship between mental toughness.Methods using mental disease patients with shame assessment Scale（Scale of Stigma）,mental resilience Scale（RSA）to survey96 cases of female patients with mental illness,all with support SPSS11.5 statistic treatment.Results 1female mental disease patients with shame,mental toughness in no significant difference between the urban and rural（P〉0.05）;2Made by people with mental illness mental toughness dimensions of social competence in the presence of children have significant difference（P〈0.05）;3 female mental disease patients with shame and mental toughness significant correlation（r=-0.23,P〈0.05）;4people with mental illness mental toughness to be used to predict disease sense of shame can explain36% of the variation.Conclusion 1the female patients with mental illness are widespread disease sense of shame;2female patients with mental illness mental toughness affected by the presence of children,whether compulsory treatment;3the strength of women with mental illness mental toughness,the lower the disease sense of shame,on the other hand,the mental toughness is weak,the higher the disease sense of shame.
