精神疾病患者心理复原力及人格特征对病耻感影响的路径分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精神疾病患者的心理复原力及人格特征对病耻感的影响,为精神疾病患者的病耻感提供一定的科学依据。方法采用精神疾病患者病耻感评估量表、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQRSC)、成人心理复原力量表中译版(RSA)对150名恢复期精神疾病患者进行调查。结果精神疾病患者的病耻感的平均分(M=47.10)与中等临界值48分差异无统计学意义(t=-0.85,P>0.05),其中有56.7%的患者高于平均水平。EPQ-P、心理复原力的社交能力和社会支持与病耻感的社交因子有显著的负相关(P<0.01);心理复原力的社交能力和社会支持、心理复原力总分与病耻感的能力因子有显著的负相关(P<0.01);心理复原力的组织风格及社交能力及社会支持、心理复原力总分与病耻感的治疗因子有显著的负相关(P<0.01);心理复原力的社交能力和社会支持、心理复原力总分与病耻感总分有显著的负相关(P<0.01);EPQ-E与病耻感及各因子均有显著的负相关(P<0.01);EPQ-P、EPQ-N与病耻感有显著的正相关(P<0.01)。精神疾病患者的心理复原力与人格特征对病耻感有预测作用,且分别对病耻感产生影响。结论精神疾病患者存在普遍的病耻感;精神疾病患者的心理复原力、人格特征与病耻感存在着一定的相关关系;精神疾病患者的心理复原力与人格特征分别作用于病耻感。Objective to explore the psychological resilience and personality characteristics of people with mental illness influence on disease sense of shame,shame for people with mental illness disease provide certain scientific basis.Methods the mental disease patients with shame evaluation scale and eysenck personality questionnaire short scale Chinese version（EPQ- RSC）,adult mental resilience scale translation（RSA）in the investigation of 150 patients with recovery of mental illness.Results Shame scored an average of the result of mental illness disease secondary threshold（M =47.10）and 48 points did not differ significantly（t=0.85,P〉0.85）,56.7% of the patients was higher than average.EPQ- P,psychological elastic social ability and the social support and illness shame social factors have a significant negative correlation（P〈0.01）;Psychological resilience of social competence and social support,psychological elasticity of total score and the ability of shame factors have a significant negative correlation（P〈0.01）;Psychological elastic organization style and total scores of social ability,social support and psychological elastic shame with illness treatment factors have a significant negative correlation（P〈0.01）;Psychological resilience of social competence and social support,psychological elasticity score and disease shame meant a significant negative correlation（P〈0.01）;With EPQ- E disease sense of shame and each factor has a significant negative correlation（P〈0.01）;EPQ P,EPQ N and shame disease have significant positive correlation（P〈0.01）.Psychological resilience and personality characteristics of people with mental illness to be used to predict disease sense of shame,and impact on disease sense of shame,respectively.Conclusion mental illness is common disease sense of shame;Psychological resilience and personality characteristics of people with mental illness and disease shame there are certain correlation;Psychological resilience and personality characteristics of
