针刺缓解肺癌中重度癌性疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺缓解肺癌中重度癌性疼痛的疗效。方法:将45例肺癌中重度癌性疼痛患者随机分成药物组、针刺组和针药并用组。药物组按照WHO三阶梯规范治疗方案给药治疗,针刺组采用针灸刺激治疗,针药并用组先针刺、后给予相应的药物治疗。观察治疗前后疼痛情况的变化和生存治疗、不良反应等指标。结果:治疗后VAS方面,针药并用组与针刺组和药物组之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),而药物组和针刺组之间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。缓解情况比较方面,针药并用组和针刺组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05),而药物与针刺组、针药并用组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。生活质量上,3组之间不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。副反应方面,3组存在显著性差异。且针刺组副反应率小于针药并用组及药物组。结论:针刺镇痛缓解肺癌中重度癌性疼痛疼痛效果优于单纯药物治疗。Objective ： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture reliving lung cancer in moderate and severe cancer pain. Methods： 45 patients with lung cancer in moderate and severe cancer pain were randomly divided into drug group, acupuncture group and acupuncture plusdrug group. The drug group was treated by taking medicine according to WHO three-ladder standard therapeutic scheme. The acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture therapy and acupuncture plus drug group was treated by acupuncture firstly, and then given the corresponding drug treatment. Changes in pain, survival of the treatment and adverse reactions were observed pre and post treatment. Resuhs ： Drug and plus acupuncture group was obviously different from acupuncture group and drug group in the treatment of VAS （ P〈0.05 ）, and there was no significant difference between drug group and acupuncture group （ P〉0.05 ）. Contrasting remission, there was a significant difference between drug plus acupuncture group and acupuncture group （ P〈0.05 ）, while no significant difference was found between drug goup and the other two groups （ P〉0.05 ）. In the aspect of quality in life, there was no significant difference among the three groups （ P〉0.05 ）. There was a significant difference among the three groups in the side effect. And the acupuncture group deputy reaction rate was less than that of the combined use of acupuncture and medicine group. Conclusion ： Acupuncture in relieving severe cancer pain is better than drug therapy.
