薏苡仁油抗炎消肿作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察薏苡仁油对小鼠的抗炎消肿作用。方法:用鸡蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀模型、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型、醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性升高模型,分别考察薏苡仁油对小鼠的抗炎消肿作用。结果:与对照组比较,薏苡仁油能明显抑制蛋清和二甲苯所致的小鼠的炎症反应,并降低醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:薏苡仁油有一定抗炎消肿作用,该作用可能与降低毛细血管通透性有关。Objective ： To observe the effects of anti-inflammation and detumescence of Coix Seed Oil in mice. Methods ： The animal models of albumen induced voix pedis swelling, xylene induced auricular swelling and increased peritoneal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice were used to observe the effects of anti-inflammation and detumescence of Coix Seed Oil. Results ： Compared with control group, Coix Seed Oil group could significantly inhibit the inflammation induced by albumen and xylene and acetic acid respectively. Conclusion ： Coix Seed Oil has significant effects of anti-inflammation and detumescenee, which is likely related to the decrease in capillary permeability.
