加味当归补血汤挥发油成分GC-MS分析

摘　　要：目的:研究加味当归补血汤挥发油的化学成分及含量。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备加味当归补血汤挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,对挥发油的化学组成进行分析。结果:气相色谱从加味当归补血汤的挥发油中共分离出41种成分,其质谱经Xcalibur工作站检索与NIST标准质谱图库对照,鉴定出了其中18种成分,占挥发油色谱峰总面积的89.22%。主要成分为6-丁基-1,4-环庚二烯(32.30%)、2',4'-二甲基异丙基-苯基甲酮(18.59%)、3-正丁烯基苯酞(18.42%)、羟乙茶碱(3.59%)、4-乙烯基愈创木酚(3.58%)、1,4-环己二烯-1,2-二羧基酸酐(3.09%)。结论:该实验分析结果为进一步开发加味当归补血汤提供了可靠的实验数据和理论依据。Objective ： To study the chemical compositions of essential oil from Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction （ MDBD ）. Methods ： The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation and separated by capillary GC. Result： Forty-one compounds were obtained and eighteen compounds were identified by means of indexing the spectrum storeroom, which accounted for 89.22% of total peak area. The main chemical compositions of essential oil were 6-butyl-1,4-cycloheptadien （ 32.30% ）,2＇ ,4＇-dimethylisobuty rophenone （ 18.59% ）, 3-butylidenephthalide （ 18.42% ）, Etofylline （ 3.59% ）, 2-methoxy-4-vinyl-phenol （ 3.58% ）and 1,4-cyclohexadiene-1 , 2-dicarhoxylic anhydride （ 3.09% ）. Conclusion： The research provided theoretical evidences for the far-reaching use of MDBD.
