右归饮对中晚期男性广西肝癌细胞P53基因表达影响

摘　　要：目的:观察右归饮对中晚期男性广西肝癌细胞P53基因表达的影响,探讨广西肝癌的肾虚机制。方法:选择经CT或MRI、AFP和肝穿病理确诊的男性中晚期广西肝癌50例,随机分为右归饮组和左归饮组各25例,分别口服右归饮、左归饮合剂50 m L,每日3次,连续10个月,比较两组治疗前后主要临床症状及P53基因表达的变化。结果:右归饮组主要临床症状明显改善、肝癌细胞P53基因表达水平显著下降,与本组治疗前比较P<0.01,与左归饮组治疗后比较P<0.01。结论:右归饮对中晚期男性广西肝癌细胞P53基因的表达具有抑制作用,突变型P53基因(mt P53)过度表达是广西肝癌肾阳虚的机制之一。Objective ： To explore the kidney deficiency mechanism in Guangxi hepatic cancer by observing the effect of Yougui Yin on expression of P53 gene in advanced Guangxi hepatic cancer of male patients. Method ： The main clinical symptoms and the expressions of P53 gene were compared respectively between Zuogui Yin and Yougui Yin groups before and after treatment. 25 cases in each group of male Guangxi hepatic cancer finally were diagnosed by CT, MRI, AFP and pathological tissue from liver biopsy, orally took 50 mL ofZuogui Yin and Yougui Yin mixture respectively for 10 months, three times a day. Result： The main clinical symptoms were more improvement and the expression of P53 gene was more inhibitory in Yougui Yin group after treatment than those in Yougui Yin group before treatment and Zuogui Yin group after treatment significantly （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Overexpression of mtP53 is one of the mechanisms of kidney Yang deficiency in Guangxi hepatic cancer as a resuh of the inhibitory effect of Yougui Yin on expression of P53 gene in advanced Guangxi hepatic cancer of male patients.
