百合固金汤合生脉散加减方对肺结核巨噬粒细胞TLRs表达变化影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察百合固金汤合生脉散加减方对肺结核巨噬粒细胞TLR1、TLR2、TLR4表达变化影响。方法:将肺结核患者80例,严格遵循随机分组的原则将入选病例随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组应用基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗的基础上,应用百合固金汤合生脉散加减方,各观察3个月,在治疗前、后取外周血,检测巨噬细胞TLR1、TLR2、TLR4。结果:治疗组的总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率70%,有显著差异统计意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗后治疗组巨噬细胞TLR1、TLR2、TLR4表达荧光强度与对照组比较,有显著差异统计意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:百合固金汤合生脉散加减方可以通过上调巨噬细胞TLR1、TLR2、TLR4表达,来改善小儿哮喘的临床症状。Objective： To investigate the effect of Baihe Gujin decoction and Shengmai power on TLRs of Scavenger granulocyte in TB. Methods ： 80 patients＇ were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly. the control group were not treated and the treatment group with traditional Baihe Gujin decoction and Shengmai power. All patients were assessed with TLR1, TLR2 and TLR4 in Scavenger granulocyte cells at the beginning of the training and 3 months after treatment. Resuhs ： The contents of TLR1, TLR2 and TLR4 in mast cells improved after treatment. Compared with control group, there were significant differences in treatment group. Conclusion ： Baihe Gujin decoction and Shengmai power may improve the clinical symptoms of pediatric asthma by rescending the content of TLRs.
