摘　　要："创新券"是针对中小企业普遍存在的创新力度不足而采用的一项政府投入政策。其推广可以促进科技与经济的有机结合。本文从多方面指出了推广创新券支持中小企业创新应注意的几个问题。＂Innovation Voucher＂ is a government investment policy aiming at the lack of innovation of the small and medium-sized enterprises. Its promotion can promote the combination of science and technology and economy. This article points out the matters needing attention in the promotion of innovation vouchers to support SME innovation from various aspects.
