摘  要:为了降低伤薯率,在马铃薯的收获和流通的各个环节中必须充分考虑马铃薯的压缩力学性能。为此,以完整的马铃薯块茎为研究对象,运用CMT2502型电子万能试验机,在5种不同加载速率下,对新大坪、陇薯3号两个品种鲜薯进行3个不同方向的压缩试验研究,测得其力-时间曲线以及马铃薯压缩破裂力和变形量数据。同时,运用SPSS统计软件分析其力学特性的变化规律,得到马铃薯品种、加载方向和加载速率对马铃薯破裂力和压缩变形量的影响结果。该试验分析可为马铃薯的收获、装运、深加工及贮藏装备的改进和设计研究提供必要的理论依据。In order to reduce the damage rate , the compression mechanical properties of potato must be fully considered during the harvesting and circulating .In this paper , Xindaping and Longshu No .3 potato tubers were chosen as the ob-jectives and the compression tests were completed on the CMT 2502 testing machine in different loading rates and different directions .The compression curves of force-time were measured and the data about the rupture force and the deformation were obtained , and also the change of biomechanical properties was analyzed with SPSS .The result was that the potato variety , the loading direction and the loading rate have different effects on the rupture force and deformation of potato . The experimental analysis could provide the necessary theoretical reference for the research of the harvesting , loading and transporting , processing and storing machines of potato .
