摘　　要：将平衡记分卡和绩效棱柱模型相结合构建了五个维度的中小企业信息化绩效评价的指标体系,并结合层次分析法和德尔菲法提出对企业绩效评价的步骤.通过对22家样本企业的实际评估与考察,得到了理想的效果,为中小企业信息化绩效评价提供了一种新的思路.This paper tried to construct five-dimensional small-medium enterprise informatization performance evaluation index system by integrating BSC with performance prism,and combined with AHP and Delphi method proposes the firm performance evaluation steps.Twenty-two enterprises have practiced,which get reasonable and comprehensive result.Providing a new way for small-medium enterprise informatization performance evaluation.
