摘  要:近年来,随着高考命题权的下放,各省市逐步开始自主命题,这一高考"多元化改革"表面上消解了高校录取标准不平等的现象,实则以一种更隐蔽的手段加剧了教育地方保护主义。分省命题制度违背了《宪法》第33条规定的平等原则和第46条保障的公民受教育权,使得高等教育入学机会不平等现象愈演愈烈。In recent years,along with the college entrance examination proposition right decentralization,various provinces and cities gradually began to independent proposition,the college entrance examination"reform"on the surface of digestion of college admission standard inequality,but in a subtler means increased local protection education. The points province proposition system violates the thirty-third constitution: principle of equality and the forty-sixth:the citizen’s right of education. The higher education opportunity inequality phenomenon becomes more and more serious.
