摘　　要：现有管理体制难以适应社区矫正执法的专业化、规范化与深入化要求,司法所承担日常监管工作的力量与能力有限,审前调查评估的科学性不足,信息化管理实效性欠佳。要突破困境,就需遵循由规范到深入的发展路径,理顺管理体制,加强社区矫正机构与队伍的专业化建设,提高审前调查评估的科学性与操作性,将信息化管理与社区矫正日常工作紧密结合,实现智能化的流程管理,推动社区矫正工作内容与方式方法的专业化、精细化发展。Because of the limitation of ability,the insufficient of scientificalness of pretrial investigation and evaluation,and the lack of effectiveness in information management system,we find that the Judicial Stations in the existing management systemis difficult to face the much more professional,standardized and deeper law enforcement level. In order to resolve these problems,to establish a more professional and meticulous community corrections,we need to clarify the management system,strength the teamand organization,improve the scientificalness and operability in pretrial investigation and evaluation,integrate the information management and community corrections,and then build an intelligent process management in the whole procedure.
