摘　　要：国际经济全球化发展是国内市场与国际市场日益联系紧密,国际经济交往频繁。国际经济法学学科独有特点要求与之相适应的教学方法,传统的课堂教授教学方法越来越暴露出若干不足,已经不适应国际经济法这一学科教育和素质教学新要求。从分析传统国际经济法教学不足着手,探讨国际经济法学科开展诊所式法律教育教学的必要性和国际经济法学科诊所式法律教育教学的实施,以期突破国际经济法学科教学的一大瓶颈。International development of economic globalization has enabled the domestic market and international markets are increasingly linked and have more economic exchanges with each other. Unique characteristics of international economic law require corresponding teaching methods. Traditional method has not been due to the new situation.Firstly study with the disadvantage of traditional teaching method of international economic law,explore the necessity of clinical legal education and how to implement clinical legal education in international economic law,thus to break through the dilemma of teaching method of international economic law.
