摘　　要：通过对城市社区健康老年人需求的深入研究,探究一种老有所为的服务模式。利用i NPD(integrated New Product Development,一种产品开发的方法,强调开发团队以用户需求、要求和愿望,以及其他主要相关者利益为基础上的多专业结合)的方法对城市社区健康老年人进行深入调研,创造社区老有所为服务设计的机会缺口。从服务流程和服务模式方面展开设计,提出了一种"饭帮团"的服务模式,既为满足一些希望在夕阳岁月尽自己的微薄之力的老年人的需求,也为无暇做饭的年轻人提供"帮饭"服务。Through the in-depth study of the health elderly demand in urban community, to explore a kind of old-appropriate service model. Using the method of iNPD （integrated New Product Development, an approach to product development that supports team integration based on fulfilling the needs, wants, and desires of customers and interests of other significant stakeholders.） [1] to deeply research the health elderly in urban community, creation the opportunity gaps of old-appropriate Service design. From the aspect of the service process and service model design, proposed the service model of＆quot;FanBang Tuan＆quot;, both for the need of elderly people and the young people.
