摘　　要：颌骨牵张成骨术是一种利用骨痂愈合机制产生新骨的内源性组织工程学技术。颌骨牵张成骨术是一门新兴学科,近年来其成为国内外口腔颌面外科领域研究热点之一。颌骨牵张成骨术的发展史中渗透着丰富的哲学思想,为我们科学地认识事物提供很多有益的启示。学者和临床医师共同推动颌骨牵张成骨术的发展。医学技术的发展促进了颌骨牵张成骨术的发展。渐进式和跃进式的统一是颌骨牵张成骨术发展的趋势。颌骨牵张成骨术的改进依赖于学者们的创新。Distraction osteogenesis for jaws is one kind of endogenous tissue engineering technique that could regenerate new bone with the mechanism of bone callus healing.The distraction osteogenesis for jaws is a newly rising science and has been one of the research hotspots in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery around the world in recent years.From the history we can find correlative philosophy thinking and it can provide much beneficial inspiration to help us know the things.Researchers and clinicians jointly promoted the development of the distraction osteogenesis for jaws.The development of medical technology has promoted the development of the distraction osteogenesis for jaws. The development of the distraction osteogenesis for jaws incarnates the reform between the quality and quantum manner.The improvement of the distraction osteogenesis for jaws depends on the innovation of the researchers.
