西方高校管理体制对我国高校去行政化的启示

摘　　要：近年来,高校行政化已经成为社会热议的话题。高校行政化所带来的诸多弊端,严重制约了我国高等教育的健康和长足发展。借鉴西方国家高校管理体制的特点,我国应从提升高校的办学自主权、促进大学间的良性竞争、增强大学与社会的联系、注重大学民主化管理和促进学术管理与行政管理的有机统一等五个方面,促进我国高校的去行政化。In recent years, the university administration has become a hot topic in public. Many problems caused by the university administration seriously hamper the healthy and rapid development of China＇s higher education.Learning from the characteristics of the university management system in Western countries, China should promote the non-administration in universities in such five aspects as enhancing the educational autonomy of universities, promoting the healthy competition among universities, strengthening the relations between universities and society, focusing on the university democratized management and stimulating the organic unity of academic management and administration.
