摘　　要：大学生自主实践是"生涯导航"教育计划运行的源动力。太原理工大学积极创造条件,开展大学生自主实践活动,并不断完善勤工俭学体系,增强大学生艰苦奋斗的意识,同时,学校搭建大学生创新创业平台,结合暑期主题社会实践活动,促进大学生社会实践的长效化。College students＇ independent practice is the source power of ＂career navigation＂operated by education program. Taiyuan University of Technology actively creates conditions to carry out college students＇ independent practice activities and constantly improves the work-study system to enhance college students＇ consciousness of hard struggle, and meanwhile establishes the platform for their innovation and entrepreneurship and promote the long-term operation of their social practice by combining the summer-vacation social practice activities with themes.
