摘　　要：为调查上海市青少年休闲体力活动的参与情况及性别和校别差异,采用仪器测量法对上海市青少年的休闲体力活动进行调查。结果显示上海市青少年平均每天的休闲体力活动时间明显不足。男女生休闲体力活动时间存在显著性差异,男生休闲体力活动时间明显高于女生;中小学休闲体力活动时间存在显著性差异,小学生的休闲体力活动时间比中学生长;不同等级家庭社会经济地位的青少年休闲体力活动的时间没有显著性差异。青少年休闲体力活动促进需要学校和家庭的共同参与,学校要适当减轻学生的课业负担,父母亲也不要给孩子额外的学习压力。Adolesents healthy is closely related to the future the future of our nation。The purpose of the study is to do a areasearch about the leisure time physical activity on the adolesents in Shanghai and the diffrernces between bouys and girls、primary school and secondary school. The study do the research by using the accelerometer. The result shows that adolescence in Shanghai is not active in participating leisure time physical activity,the leisure time they spent in physical activity is insufficient. There is a significant difference between boys and girls on leisure physical activity,boys spent more time on leisure time physical activity than that of girls,there is a significant difference in the time of primary and secondary school students spent on leisure physical activity,the primary school students spent more time on leisure time physical activity than that of secondary school students. There is no differences between the high Social-economic Status、middle Social-economic Status and low Social-economic Status adolesents＇ leisure time physical activity. It requires the participation of both school and family to promote adolescent participate in leisure time physical activity,on one hand the school should reduce the student＇s schoolwork,on the other hand parents don＇t give their children extra learning task.
