大学生创新实验室运行管理模式的研究

摘　　要：从提高学生创新能力的角度,阐述了建立和完善大学生创新实验室并使之正常运行的重要性。以沈阳航空航天大学自动化学院创新实验室的建立和运行管理为例,介绍了创新实验室的特点、运行管理模式和具体的管理实施过程。实践结果表明,创新实验室为大学生创新能力的培养提供了一个良好的环境和基础平台,是提高大学生创新能力的一种有效途径。In terms of enhancing the students＇ innovation ability,this paper presents the importance of the establishment and improvement of the undergraduates＇ innovation laboratory.Taking the establishment and operation management of the innovation laboratory of School of Automation of Shenyang Aerospace University as an example,this paper introduces the characteristics,the management mode as well as the specific management implementation process for the innovation laboratory.Practice results show that an innovation laboratory can provide a better environment and base platform to train undergraduates＇ innovative ability,and is also an effective way to strengthen undergraduates＇ innovative ability in addition.
