高校化学实验室安全分析方法研究

摘　　要：为确保实验教学和科研工作的顺利进行,必须及时发现和排除化学实验室中各种不安全因素,对于可能存在的安全隐患,及时采取预防措施,防患于未然。建立了高校化学实验室安全检查表,检查表内容包括安全管理、危险化学品管理、仪器设备管理和火灾等重大事故应急管理,并对识别出的危险因素进行风险评价,确定风险等级。为了验证所提出方法的有效性,以燕山大学有机化学实验室为例进行安全分析。结果表明,所提出的方法能有效地辨识出实验室中的危险因素,为实验室安全管理提供了可靠的工具。There are many varieties of chemicals in the chemical laboratories of colleges and universities.Some chemicals are strong corrosive,flammable,toxic or easy to produce toxicity,which may cause personal injury,environmental pollution,fires and other accidents.In order to ensure the smooth completion of the experimental teaching and research work,various insecurity factors must be identified and eliminated so that the preventive measures may be taken for possible dangers before they appear.The safety checklist method used for chemical laboratories in colleges and universities are established.The checklist includes security management,hazardous chemicals management,equipment management,fire and other major emergency management.Then the risk assessment method of insecurity factors is proposed and the risk level can be determined.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,the safety analysis for the organic chemical laboratory as a case is carried out in Yanshan University.The results show that the proposed method can effectively identify the insecurity factors in the laboratories and provide reliable tool for laboratory safety management.
