摘  要:以上海市绿色化学与化工过程绿色化重点实验室的大型精密仪器管理为例,从高校管理的流程、共享服务收入再分配现状及主客体作用机制等方面阐述了目前高校大型精密仪器管理中的绩效评价现状同优胜劣汰之间的关系,提出了提高管理人员物质待遇同增加实现其自身价值的途径并重的应对措施,来建设一支高素质的大型精密仪器技术管理人员队伍。Taking the large precision instruments in Shanghai Key of Green Chemistry and Chemical Process as an example,the management process,income redistribution of sharing services,the interaction mechanism between object and subject in management of large precision instruments are described according to the experience of management of large precision instruments for more than ten years.Then the relationship between the present situation of performance appraisal and the survival of the fittest is discussed in detail.It is equally important that the instrument manager can get both higher salaries and more ways to success to build a high-quality team of management of large precision instruments.
