摘　　要：结合实践,介绍了科研实验室在管好用好大型仪器、提高大型仪器利用率方面所采取的一些制度和措施。分析了规范的大型仪器运行管理制度和提高管理者的专业水平在对确保大型仪器的高效、安全运转,保障科研工作顺利开展方面所起到的作用。最后,简要展望了大型仪器管理和共享服务方面的发展趋势和要求。Based on the previous practice on large-scale instrument management,several new protocols are introduced to improve the utilization ratio in the laboratory.In order to perform their critical roles in the scientific research,it is important to implement complete management system and recruit qualified management team to make sure these largescale instruments running efficiently and safely.Finally,the coming trends and future requirements on large-scale instrument management and sharing service are discussed briefly.
