摘　　要：本文通过现代远程教育试点高校与校外学习中心合作的现状分析,对其存在的问题进行深入的研究,提出了当前一个时期比较可行的改进举措,建立试点院校与校外学习中心合作的新模式,以期为高校现代远程教育和校外学习中心的发展提供有益的参考和借鉴。Through the analysis on the current situation of the cooperation between modem distance education pilot universities and external study centers, this paper proposes the feasible improving measures and tries to establish a new model based on further study on problems of the cooperation in order to provide useful reference for the development of the cooperation between modem distance education pilot universities and external study centers.
