摘 要:将复合微生态制剂添加到仔猪教槽料中,通过测定仔猪的生产性能、健康状况和粪便菌群数等指标,探讨复合微生态制剂对仔猪生产性能和粪便菌群的影响.试验结果表明,出生后21~35 d时,试验组仔猪料重比与对照组相比降低2.41%,日采食量和平均日增重分别显著高于对照组14.96%和12.19%(P<0.05);出生后21和35 d时,试验组乳酸菌数高于对照组(P>0.05),同时试验组大肠杆菌数低于对照组(P>0.05).出生后21和35 d时,试验组R/D值分别显著高于对照组9.09%和9.52%;出生后35 d时,试验组仔猪粪便中粗蛋白质含量显著低于对照组16.53%.表明复合制剂能够降低饲料增重比和粪便中大肠杆菌数量,促进乳酸杆菌等有益菌的增殖,改善肠道健康,降低粪便中粗蛋白质含量,提高仔猪断奶后饲料消化率。Measuring performance, health and other fecal flora index of creep feed piglets by adding com- pound probiotics to the greep feed, in order to investigate the influence of compound probiotics on growth perfor- mance and feces microflora in the piglets. The result showed that 21-35 d after birth, feed to gain ratio of test group piglets was decreased 2.41% than the control group, and the daily feed intake and average daily gain were signifi- cantly 14.96% and 12.19% higher than the control group(P〈0.05); 21 and 35 d after birth, the Laetobaeillus account of test group was higher than the control group(P〉0.05), while the E. coli numbers of test group were lower than the control group(P〉0.05). 21 and 35 d after birth, the R/D values of the test group were 9.09% and 9.52% higher than the control group(P〈0.05): faecal crude protein content of test group piglets after birth 35 d was16.53% lower than the control group(P〈0.05). In summary, compound probiotics can reduce feed to gain ratio and the number of E. coil in fecal, at the same time promote proliferation of Lactobacillus and other bacterias, improve the intestinal health, re- duce the tecal crude protein content, and improve digestibility the of piglets after weaning.
