摘  要:目的:首次考察不同贮藏条件对苦杏仁小包装饮片性状和含水量的影响,为进一步开展苦杏仁饮片贮藏养护方法的研究奠定基础。方法:以不同贮藏条件分组贮存苦杏仁小包装饮片2年,每隔3或6个月观测各组饮片的性状及含水量变化。结果:在两年贮藏期间,第1、4、7、8组苦杏仁小包装饮片性状变化较大,主要变化体现在色泽变暗、变深,第7、8组还出现轻微泛油和霉变现象;各组含水量均无明显变化,且均在安全含水量范围内。结论:从保证药材性状稳定出发,苦杏仁小包装饮片宜以铝箔/聚乙烯塑料复合膜袋真空包装,贮于冷处贮藏。Objective: To study the influence of storage conditions on the characteristic and moisture content of small package Kuxingren slices and lay a firm foundation for the further research on storage method of Kuxingren slices. Method: Small package Kuxingren slices were stored in different conditions for two years. The characteristic and moisture content of it were detected every 3 or 6 months. Result: During the two years, great change in characteristics were found in 1st,4th,7th and 8th group showing darken color. Slight bleeding and mould were found in 7th and 8th group. However, moisture content of small package Kuxingren slices under different condition were all stable. Conclusion: Small package Kuxingren slices should be stored at temperatures between 2~10℃ with vacuum package for the stability of the characteristics.
