摘 要:胶原蛋白肽与柠檬酸钙是治疗骨质疏松最广泛应用的骨骼健康补充剂。目前,普遍的用药方式通常是只服用其中的一种,而胶原蛋白肽与柠檬酸钙联合服用,是否更有利于阻止骨质流失,还未见报道。本文采用胶原蛋白肽与柠檬酸钙联用,考察两者之间的协同作用对治疗去卵巢大鼠骨质流失的影响。经双能量X射线骨密度仪(DXA)和微机断层扫描检测(μCT)结果分析,结果表明:胶原蛋白肽与柠檬酸钙的协同作用,导致小鼠股骨密度增加,股骨远端微结构强度增强。由于去卵巢大鼠模型与女性绝经期骨质流失类似,因此本研究对治疗绝经期后女性的骨质酥松也具有潜在的指导意义。Bovine collagen peptides (CPs) and calcium citrate are commonly used bone health supplements for treating osteoporosis. To date, only one of them was taken in common form for the treatment of osteoporosis. However, it is still unknown whether the combination of oral bovine CPs with calcium citrate is more effective than the administration of ei- ther alone. This study examined the combination of orally administered bovine collagen peptides (CPs) with calcium citrate on bone loss inhibition in ovariectomized (OVX) rats. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and micro - computed tomography revealed increased femoral bonemineral density (BMD) and improved distal femur microarchitecture following CP-calcium citrate treatment. Due to the similarities between the OVX rat model and postmenopausal osteoporosis in humans, our data suggests that a potential use for the combinedoral administration of bovine collagen peptides with calcium citrate for the inhibition of bone loss in postmenopausal osteoporosis.
