妇科手术快速冷冻切片最佳冷冻时间的探寻及制片体会

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科不同组织快速冷冻切片的最佳冷冻时间。方法选取我院2014年1月1日-8月31日妇科手术快速冰冻标本350例,观察不同冷冻时间对组织制片效果及诊断结果的影响,并与石蜡切片做对照。结果 350例快速冷冻组织＂冷冻2 min左右＂时能做出正确诊断的例数为332例,诊断百分率为94.9%,＂加2 min后＂能做出正确诊断的例数为329例,诊断百分率为94.0%。＂加5 min后＂能做出正确诊断的例数为236例,诊断百分率为67.4%。结论 ＂冷冻2 min左右＂和＂加2 min后＂是妇科快速冷冻组织切片的最佳时间。不同的组织种类由于各成分构成比例不同,故实际工作中要根据组织的这种特性选择冷冻时间以达到最佳制片效果。Objective To explore the best frozen time of different frozen sections of gynecological tissues. Methods A total of 350 quick frozen specimens of gynecologic operations were selected from Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University between Jan 1 2014 and Aug 31 2014. The influences of differ- ent frozen time on the quick frozen sections and pathologic diagnosis were observed, and compared with paraffin sec- tions＇. Results 350 cases fast frozen tissue ＂freeze about 2 min＂ could make a correct diagnosis 332 cases, the diagno- sis of percentage was 94.9%, ＂after plus 2 min＂could make a correct diagnosis 329 cases, the diagnosis of percentage was 94%;＂after plus 2 min＂ could make a correct diagnosis 236 cases,the diagnosis of percentage was 67.4%. Con- clusion ＂freeze about 2 min＂ and ＂after plus 2 min＂ is the best time for gynecologic rapid frozen section. Different tis- sue types due to the different proportion of components, so the actual work according to this characteristic of organiza- tional choice frozen time in order to achieve the best production effect.
