保乳术与改良根治术对育龄期乳腺癌患者复发及生存情况的影响

摘　　要：目的研究保乳术与改良根治术对育龄期乳腺癌患者复发及生存情况的影响。方法收集我院76例育龄期乳腺癌患者的临床资料,按照患者的临床手术方式分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。观察组患者选择临床保乳手术进行治疗,而对照组患者则采用改良根治术进行治疗,使用统计学方法比较分析两组患者的复发情况和远期的生存情况。结果观察组患者的临床并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),但患者的2年内复发及转移率与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的远期生存质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论育龄期乳腺癌患者在临床治疗时,相较于改良根治术,保乳手术可以有效地提高患者的远期生存质量,临床可以优先采用保乳手术进行治疗。Objective To study the impact of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical surgery on the recurrence and survival of patients in childbearing period with breast cancer. Methods Clinical data of 76 patients in childbearing period with breast cancer of our hospital were collected and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the clinical surgical method, with 38 patients in each group. The observation group Was given clinical breast-conserving surgery and the control group was given modified radical surgery. The statistical meth- ods were used to analyze and compare the recurrence situation and survival situation of the two groups. Results The incidence of clinical complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）, but the 2-year recurrence and metastasis rates were not statistically different between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The long-term survival quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with sta- tistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients in childbearing period with breast cancer, breast-conserving surgery can effectively improve the patients＇ long-term survival quality compare with modified radical surgery, thus is a preferable clinical choice.
