喷雾干燥法制备脱铬明胶粉性能的研究

摘  要:利用喷雾干燥法将铬鞣废弃物脱铬制备明胶粉,通过扫描电镜、热台偏光显微镜观察了明胶粉的微观形貌以及耐干热性能,并探讨了明胶粉冻力、黏度以及表面张力的变化。结果表明脱铬明胶粉在外观上具有很好的色泽,并具有较高的耐干热性能;脱铬明胶粉的冻力和黏度偏低,但随受热温度的增加变化趋势不大,表现出一定的湿热稳定性;脱铬明胶粉的表面张力较低,具有更好的表面活性。The dechromed jelly powder was prepared from chrome tanning waste by using the method of spray-drier. The micro morphology of jelly powder and resistance to dry heat were observed by means of scanning electron microscope and thermal platform microscope, and the changes of gel strength, viscosity and surface tension were also discussed. The results showed that the dechromed jelly powder had good color in appearance and higher resistance to dry heat. The gel strength and viscosity both were low, but had little change trend with the heating temperature increased and showed the hydrothermal stability of certain. The surface tension of dechromed jelly powder was low and had good surface activity.
