摘 要:目的:应用牙科手术显微镜观察老年人上颌第一磨牙,近颊根管经常规预备后是否存在未预备的根管壁,并用超声器械完善根管预备。方法:选取就诊于本院因牙髓炎、根尖周炎以及修复需要进行根管治疗的老年人上颌第一磨牙100例,经K锉预备根管后,再使用显微镜,记录近颊根管是否存在未被预备的根管壁及残髓,应用超声工作尖处理未预备的根管壁,超声根管荡洗完成预备。结果:常规根管预备后显微镜下发现36个扁根管存在未曾预备的根管壁,20个根管内可见残髓。结论:应用显微超声联合技术能有效地预备扁根管狭长的根管壁,达到完善的根管预备。Objective: To verify thorough preparation of the mesiobuccal root canal wall of the maxillary first molar of elderly by conventional preparation with Dental microscopy, and to complete the task by ultrasonic instruments. Method: 100 elderly cases of maxillary first molar requiring root canal preparation due to endodontitis, periapical inflammation or dental defects were selected in the study. After preparation of root canal with K file, the root canal was examined by microscopy for unprepared root canal wall and residual pulp, which was treated by ultrasonic tips. Then the root canal was rinsed with ultrasound to finish the preparation. Result: After routine preparation of root canal, incompletely prepared root canal wall were observed in 36 of the 100 flat root canals by microscopy, and residual pulp in 20 root canals. Conclusion: Combined use of microscopy and ultrasound can effectively prepare narrow root canal and achieve satisfactory efficacy.
