摘 要:目的:探讨ICU低年资护士在护患沟通方面存在的问题及提高途径,从而提高ICU低年资护士与患者或家属的沟通能力。方法:通过成立护患沟通能力评估及培训小组,对本科室共40名工作5年内注册护士在与患者及家属沟通过程中存在的问题进行评估,针对评估存在的问题,采用集中理论授课、技能演示、情景模拟进行培训,并定期进行考核。结果:低年资护士在相关专业知识、主动服务沟通意识、沟通能力有明显提高。结论:注重对低年资护士的沟通能力的评估,并采用多途径进行相关方面知识的培训,能大大提高低年资护士与患者及家属之间的良性沟通,促进和谐护患关系的发展,减少医疗纠纷。Objective:To discuss problems of the ICU low qualification nurses in the communication of nurses and patients and improve the way, thereby improve ICU low qualification nurses communication skills with patients or their families.Method:The problems of 40 registered nurses who work five years in communicating with patients and their families in the process were evaluated, and established through communication capability assessment and training team. For the problems existing in the evaluation, used set theory teaching and skill demonstration, simulation training, and the results were assessed on a regular basis.Result:The consciousness of active service in related professional knowledge, communication, communication skills of the low qualification nurses had improved obviously.Conclusion:Pay attention to the evaluation of low qualification nurses' communication ability, and adopt many ways related knowledge training,can greatly improve the low qualification benign communication between nurses and patients and their families, to promote the development of the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,reduce medical disputes.
