摘 要:为了被动实现理想地棚阻尼,基于惯容器提出一种被动地棚阻尼悬架设计方法,建立悬架系统的半车模型,对比分析了传统被动悬架、理想与被动地棚阻尼悬架系统频响特性。结果表明,与传统被动悬架相比,被动地棚阻尼悬架能够减小质心垂直加速度、车身俯仰加速度、悬架动行程和轮胎动载荷增益高频共振峰值60%以上,有效抑制了车轮共振,大幅提高了轮胎的接地性能,改善了车辆的行驶安全性,实现了理想地棚阻尼悬架的主要功能。A passive groundhook-damping suspension design method by employing inerters was presented to guarantee passive realization of ideal groundhook damping. The half-car model of the suspension was built to compare and analyze frequency response characteristics of conventional passive, ideal and passive groundhook-damping suspensions. The results show that in contrast to conventional suspension,passive groundhook-damping suspension can reduce gain peak values of vertical acceleration of CM,body pitch acceleration,dynamic tire load and suspension travel in higher resornance frequency stage by over 60%. The results also indicate the proposed suspension effectively suppresses the wheel resonance,significantly improves tire grip,makes ride safety better,and achieves the main functions of the ideal groundhook-damping suspension.
