摘　　要：目的：总结分析后交通动脉圆锥部破裂动脉瘤急性期介入栓塞治疗。方法：回顾分析我科2011年8月-2013年8月所收治的后交通动脉圆锥部破裂动脉瘤9例（同期收治后交通动脉瘤共36例）。结果：9例病人成功获得介入治疗。其中支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞3例，双导管技术栓塞2例，单纯弹簧圈4例。完全栓塞5例，近全栓塞3例，大部栓塞1例。结论：术前对动脉圆锥部破裂动脉瘤形态的观察，选择正确的栓塞方案，能获得良好的预后。Objective：To summarize the clinical experience in interventional treatment of a ruptured arterial aneurysm at the ampullar region of posterior communicating artery in acute stage. Methods ：The clinical data were retrospectively examined in 9 cases of ruptured arterial aneurysms at the posterior communicating artery cone undergone treatment in our department between Aug. 2011 and 2013. Results ： In the 9 cases ,3 were managed with stent-assisted coil cmbolization,2 with ＇double microcatheter technique ,and 4 with simple coil？ embolization. Complete embolization occurred in 5 cases, relatively partial embolization in 3 and relatively moderate cmbolization in 1. Conclusion ： Careful morphological evaluation on aneurysms and appropriate selection of the embolization approaches before intervention may lead to better prognosis.
