摘　　要：本文以体育竞赛为载体,通过苏区、长征中和陕甘宁边区体育竞赛活动开展状况来揭示红色体育文化特征,探讨红色体育文化对我国从体育大国向体育强国迈进的过程中所具有的重要作用。结论:从实际出发来定位体育。发扬艰苦奋斗的作风,提倡勤俭办体育。抛弃锦标作风,倡导积极锻炼的风气。This paper,taking sports competitions as a cartier, reveals the features of sports culture by focusing on the main status of sports competitions in Soviet Area, regions covered by the Long March and Shan-gan-ning Border Area. It mainly discusses the signifi- cance of Red Sports culture towards the progress of Chinese transformation from giant physical nation to strong physical nation. The con- clusion has been made as follows： sports should be orientated from the practical status ; hard-working spirit should be continuously car- ried forward and thrift sports be advocated; the championship style should he abandoned while the fashion of taking exercises be encour- aged actively.
