摘 要:为探寻科学有效的旧机动车评估方法,从使用年限、动力性、燃油经济性以及制动性等角度构建了旧机动车评估指标体系;基于德尔菲法、层次分析法、灰色预测法、模糊评价法等理论方法构建了DHGF模型,并尝试应用于旧机动车评估过程,评估结果与其市场交易价格具有较好的契合度。结果表明:DHGF模型较好的融合了各类子方法的优势,并有效规避了各自缺陷,可以广泛应用于旧机动车评估工作,从而保证评估过程的科学性和可靠性。In order to explore the scientific and effective evaluation methods of the used cars,the evaluation index system of used vehicles was constructed from the view of service life,power performance,fuel economy,braking performance and so on. DHGF model was established based on the theory of Delphi,analytic hierarchy process,gray prediction and fuzzy evaluation,then these methods were tried to be applied in the evaluation process of the used vehicles. The evaluated value was close to its market price. Results show that DHGF model draws the advantages of its sub methods and avoids the inherent defects at the same time,which could be widely applied in the used vehicles' evaluation,so as to ensure the scientific nature and reliability of the evaluation process.
